Dialect
The Dialect is a powerful augmentative / alternative communication (AAC) aid that is ideal for direct selection on its 8.4 inch screen or scanning its dynamic display. The unit's light weight makes carrying easy and its audio amplifier/speaker module provides exceptionally loud, clear output.
The Dialect can be accessed by switches, joystick, trackball or adapted mouse, an adaptive keyboard, voice recognition or the built-in touch screen or any of the standard computer access methods.
For the special price of $2995, Speaking Dynamically Pro, Boardmaker and SAPI Speech Synthesis are supplied with the Dialect.
A Dialect is the same system used in the Optimist II only the Dialect's computer functionality is disabled as needed for various funding agencies. (Medical Assistance Unit)
